B/A MAN JAILED 20YRS FOR FOR DEFILING 11YR OLD GIRL.

Goaso Circuit Court Presided over by His Lordship, Alexander Graham has sentenced a 35 year old called kwabena kusasi to 20yrs imprisonment with hard labour for defiling a 11yr old girl whose name withheld.

According to the prosecutor, chief Inspector Charles Osei narrated the facts of the story to the honourable court that, on the 10th October 2018 ,around 8 am in the morning the accused person committed the act.

He was then arrested and arraigned before court ,he pleaded guilty and ask for leniency in his Judgment .

His Lordship Alexander Graham upon hearing his plea therefore sentenced him to 20yrs with hard labour.
