A/R Nkwaakrom chief appeals to gov’t over poor roads

The chief of Nkwaakrom in the Atwima Nwabiagya Municipality in the Ashanti region. Chief Nana Boaitey Kwafram has appealed to the government to construct their roads for them. In a gathering organised by the NCCE to educate the public on the need to be social auditors, the chief urged the government to ensure their pleas are been met.
In addition, Nana indicated that education, toilet facility and other important amenities have been major challenges to the entire community, hence appealing the NPP government to try as much as possible to give them such development projects, these will help ease their burdens.
“We don’t have place to ease ourselves, in fact water and others have been our major challenges for that matter, we are humbly appealing to the President come to our aid”, he reiterated.
In his submission, he narrated, whenever youth from the community complete SHS and even tertiary institutions, they find it very to get employed, hence urging the government to involve the youth into likely poverty elevation programs.
