WE WON’T PAY UNAUTHORIZED FEES—TEACHER TRAINEE STUDENTS TO PRINCIPALS
Teacher Trainees in Ghana have been directed not to pay authorized fees charged by Principals of the various colleges of Education in Ghana .
Speaking to Nana Sieh Amakye on e FM morning show in Techiman on Monday in an interview: Abu Sadick Mohammed Ashanti/Brong Ahafo Sector president of Teacher Trainees Association (TTAG) who is also a member on the Executive council Board said Parliament hasn’t approved any fees yet for payment this semester hence all students should halt the payment until further notice.
He added that students are paying between GH 900—-1500 cedis to principals without any approval .
The group has therefore called on all students not to pay such fees until the impasse is resolved.
