Such equipment or apparatus may be disposed of in such manner as the Chief Game & Wildlife Officer think on view of the increasing invasion and destruction of the park by timber operators,
especially Rosewood contractors and their operatives, management of the Park has henceforth resolved to strictly enforce the following provisions in LI.710
without fear or favour:
a) Any person or persons caught in the park without approved entry permit(s) or entry through unapproved routes shall be arrested and prosecuted in the law court.
b) Any person or persons caught in the park engaged in logging, hauling of timber and poaching shall be arrested and prosecuted in the law court.
